Those contracts are NOT payable to either 3D Eye Solutions or Oak River Technology Inc. They are payable (it's in ink on the contract) to Oak River Technology LLC. When all of those contracts were being negotiated there wasn't an ORT Inc anyway. That PHONY Corporation just popped up in the last week or two AGAIN after Eddie and Kent read posts on Ihub and react.

That LLC is a PRIVATE company with no trading shares nor has it merged (can't do it legally anyway) with 3D Entertainment Holdings. This whole thing is just a SMOKE and MIRRORS dog and pony show for the gullible.

But then they could clear this all up by releasing the fully executed "merger" agreement between ORT LLC and 3D Entertainment.
