Although anything's possible, just don't see how "IT" can get around the basic biology of a cell and how stressed or diseased cells expose PS. It can try to but as long as PS gets exposed, and covered by Bavi, the immune system will, at least, see Bavi as the foreign invader and send the Killer "T"roops.
