They published only once a month.. November numbers should be shown within first week of December. . October is 'clean' just retail, plus we know that OS was unchanged from mid June until two weeks ago..
And yes, if you check volume for September, you are going to see that vfin sold close to 1M and again OS was unchanged for months. ..so he could be here messing around or shorting or simply converting one of the notes..
