It has nothing to do with the FAA...don't confuse the FAA with the DOT. Baltia has lost the route...they reapplied for one weekly frequency on 10/09/2015 and as of today they have not received any response from the DOT. Surprised no one else picked up on this...certdog explained the situation thoroughly in #61511.
