I agree. Doing a promotion is straight up shady, but paying these kinds of amounts is truly insane. This kind of "research" doesn't make you get noticed by Wall Street, it makes you look like a pump & dump.

On top of that the board that makes an obscene amount of money for a company in its initial phase. Added to the fact someone has obviously been cashing out a large block of shares in the 10,90's today, and there's enough red flags for me to stay away at least for now..

What a shame, I actually liked the product and its potential.

Do you know who the private investors are who are supporting the company with non dilutive financing? Make a guess. If you're in the game long enough you'll know it. No need for filings. $LLTP
