Its not exclusive anymore...Baltia doesn't have the route anymore unless the DOT decides to award it back to Baltia again...on Oct. 09, 2015 Baltia had to reapply for the route...this was discussed by certdog in post #61511. Here is the link to regulations.gov...GLTA
