LAND WAS ACQUIRED per FILING


. MediFarm I RE acquired a retail building and land in Reno, Nevada for total consideration of $1,080,000.


This is an excellent example of poor research IMHO. The latest 10Q clearly indicates the purchase of land and building for over 1 million dollars where TRTC shareholders are 50% benifical owners.


Consume wisely folks..

We intend to renovate the building, and, once completed, use it as a dispensary of medical cannabis."
