Prior to his departure earlier this year, Mr. Foley invested some of his personal funds into NanoTech on a long term note. Royal Capital has further invested $1.3m in q2 of 2015 to help capitalize the company and allowed us opportunity to expand our offerings and build the company.
Hysterical how they say 7 years and then go on to call it a startup lololol
NTEK isn't a sec filer so that sec talk is moot. We all know they filed a form 15.
Foley invested in long term note right before his departure to prison for fraud yet hundreds of millions of shares converted as soon as the shares were issued? No no.
I see wrong way wong still has his head up his butt for warmth. This is statement is a flat out lie and probably litigious considering nanotech nor ntgl are SEC compliant or SEC filers, thus have nothing to do with the SEC directly. lmao
As with all investments, everything is reviewed by multiple lawyers to ensure that NanoTech consistently follows all SEC regulations with every and all issuances of stock.
You're not a startup if you've been around since '08 and claim to have 50+ employees. It's weird though... They claim over 50 employees but there is at most 10 people on LinkedIn that have NTEK as their work place and its just the usual names(al stone, jeff,etc..)
