I think the problem is two fold.
One, the bid/offer in MTO is in .005 denominations.
Two, the lack of action in Meaof has traders sending orders to Canada.
I had an order in the other day at the offer and it wasn't filling so I sent an email to Ameritrade. They replied that it had been sitting in Canada and they re routed it and I got my fill. We try to get in between but can't always do it here with lack of actual trades. It is a problem, but can be dealt with usually.
