DD is done. Has been for a while. I can only assume some here have little experience with sizable business deals. I highly doubt Scott would enter a joint venture or turn over control of the property with a handshake and a signed napkin. Lawyers go back and forth, redlining etc., for quite some time. All indications are this is close to being completed however.
