Agreed- would be wonderful to get the general surgery procedures but lets be honest, nationwide it is the Urologists and GYNs using Davinci most commonly. This PR lists the 3 complex procedures that are being done robotically with the highest frequency. Let's go for the jugular as someone else stated earlier.
