If you consider a 3 mil slap of the ask at eod to be a small sized trade and a "paint job", how large of a purchase does it have to be for you to consider it loading...?

http://www.stockgoodies.com/market-terms.html

Paint Job: A small sized trade at the ask price, usually at the end of the trading session.

Loading: A term used to describe the purchase of a security, usually describes taking a large position over several trades.

Load the Boat: Buy a large amount of a stock.

Frontloading: The practice of buying a stock before touting it, before news or an awareness campaign starts.
