So just to recap no shares issued for the merger can be sold for 6 months after the merger. Everyone holding shares here will have 6 months to decide if they want to hold their shares before any shares issued for the merger can be sold. Sounds like we have a positional advantage over them, we are smaller and can sell at anytime and they cant.
