You have solid logic if it were any other co. than BIO-key. Problem is CEO has long history of blatantly lying to investors for over a decade. DePasquales lofty projections and predictions to individual investors over the years have lead to some investors, me included to accumulate significant ownership in this co. while management ownership has been non-existent other than the shares they have optioned themselves at the bottom of the price cycles.
As the adage goes -"money talks and".....well u know the rest.
As for significance goes, the most important thing is we finally have 2 Board members with a significant financial interest in BIO-key. Very smart move on their part given the history of management here.
Wish large retail investors could have had that oversight over the last decade.
