Basically. I doubt they just pulled 13m out of thin air. "Up to" 13m could mean 12.5m. Which is basically the same thing.lol.

OMG the paperwork said they have to replace Rontans current credit line with a new credit line of equal value so they can roll the current amount owed on the current line on to the new credit line. Didn't you people ever roll over the balance from one credit card to another. That is all that said. They can apply to the same lender Rontan has their line with now also....just the new credit line will list GDSI as the parent company of Rontan.
