yes, i wouldnt mind seeing dispensaries owned by Tweed but if it is decided to be more of govt owned distribution i am fine w that too.

and i will also say: yes all constituents need to take their time and do Rec correctly but on the other hand i dont see how this needs to be that delayed a process. from a perspective of taxation and regulation there are only so many common sense options and then also Canada can learn what worked and what didnt from Colorado and other US states. i dont see why this cant be up and running by beginning of 2017 altho i wont hold my breath......lol
