Finally an objective post! That is exactly the problem. The agreement states that the intention is to dilute shares in order to pay off previous institutional debt and the pay for the deal to proceed. That's a lot of debt and it is expected that there will be a lot of dilution as a result. It's all in writing so I can post the "fact" stamp on it

I hear you and you would think they would have a better way of getting these notes out of the way; they did one factoring agreement maybe they need to do more. They may be saying let the sucker, us the shareholders do it.

That or they R/S and name change at that point. Thats what worries me.

sounds like a scam about to happen and leaving shareholders with a whole bunch of paper bags. rinse. repeat.
