Bottom line... This is just waiting on "conditions" to close. The deal is done imo but is waiting on money from loan and banks to make the money happen. If you read the conditions in the pr it easy to understand what GDSI has to do. It needs to put up the $$$$ to satisfy RONTAN and meet the banking conditions. It will take time to finalize with the conditions but GDSI has the loan lined up and everythi g should be a go. I give it another two weeks. Dip
