Absolutely no proof that Cruz invested $120k - more press release fodder - you shouldn't believe everything in a stinky Pinky press release.

Oh, how are those audited financials going - it was supposed to be a top priority.

But as I told everyone - that was complete BS as they will never file audited financials.

It is just like NGCG promising audited financials and still haven't delivered but GRCU promised audited financials well over a year ago.

Let's take a closer look at your post about Cruz etc.

Cruz hasn't given up control - he owns 1 share of the Series A Preferred Stock - the only share issued.

Here are the particulars of the Series A Preferred stock:

Series A Preferred

1 share & 100% of Class

66% of total voting power of common stock

Cruz has 66% of the voting shares - so he controls the shots - or better those controlling Cruz controls GRCU.

Then you wrote: "it’s my opinion Cruz maintained voting control by issuing himself or converting his 23mm shares to “Series A Super Preferred Stock” of GRCU stock."

You can't convert common stock to Preferred stock - plus, there wasn't any need to convert his common shares to Preferred shares to maintain voting control - the 1 share of the Series A Preferred Stock gives him 66% - this is all in the financials and the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation.

You seem to be under the impression that on stinky pinkys restricted shares can't be sold and that is a completely false assumption.

The shares can be sold privately - and they can get a pump and dump attorney to write a 144 opinion letter to remove the restrictive legend. This is done everyday.

We have no idea about some mysterious 100 million shares - or what the Tragesser deal is with GRCU etc.

Basically, it is all BS - and just a repump of GRCU by Ross and the NGCG clowns.
