I think they want to keep the flippers or shorts out of it as much as possible, so they keep this as quiet as possible?? My only guess. I know when I talked to Frank a long time ago that was something that was a concern to them is all this shorting.

How many shares do you suppose have been slowly bought at .0002 in the last say 4-6 weeks? Seems someone is trying to not get noticed... JMO
