Can you explain why none of the officer's have added even one share since this "company" changed the name from Instacare to DECN about five years ago?

ZERO officer/director shares added during the DECN years.

Not exactly a vote of confidence.

Plus, you won't find SEC filings for those Preferred's or below market issuances to those "special" people either.

Why?....

They are unrestricted issuances.
