AA trades with the DOW on a minute by minute basis--it does not track the DOW day by day. I'm day trader. I,m only interested in short term moves. It's good you got out at $8.65 because I can find no reason for AA to bounce up 30 cents on no news. I went short at $8.70 and clear at $8.61. I'm day trading the up and down movement now. This is caused by the market maker day trading and flashing false bid and ask numbers.
