FINRA is not public friendly in any way. They do what they do and don't like to be bothered. Anybody ever try to get info out of them?? LOL! They don't do that.
I'm sure if there is a shadow of a doubt FINRA would reverse their decision the Hallin Group will make sure they lobby FINRA as much as needed to stop the reversal.
I'm sure a little reminder of how much money is on the line and they will get if Treaty has to file BK or close won't hurt as well. * wink wink *
