Actually timing of reverse split poses some interesting possibilities..

Do they wait for last minute Dec 17 in hopes Kaplen will put some punishment on Z, to get a pre-split pop? Or, pull it soon and while being closed for reorganization news wouldn't present much difference when reopened? And once it's not a penny stock the difference between a penny pop verses dollar would be much greater.

Expect V might want to wait for a last minute split as the advantages in PPS would create higher margins to survive on. .
