Yes i do realize there are many reasons to "clean house" completely, and that is a terrible situation for the shareholders (especially those loyal that have been around from the beginning). Wall street can be a dark and cold place. Sometimes you get a second chance, but most times not. However, there is one thing I know from personal experience with investing; sometimes even the worst situations can turnaround. So I wouldn't put the nail in the coffin yet.
