I am not seeing a top reversal and move to the downside. Too many positive synergies generating moves to the upside and very positive catalysts going forward in the wake of the spinoff of Synergy. I look for steady upward momentum near term, barring an overall market drop to the downside.

All the 08 holders are out and there will be a new wave of institutions and activists loading up going forward. Large moat, lots of cash, excellent strategy, growing dividend yield, Tier 4, Alstrom, and so much more. I hope you are right and the price goes lower...

At the lowest point of the recession, industrial profits only fell 13%. This stock is as close to low risk-high growth as it gets.
