Dilution doesn't mean toxic shares. LMFAO That's funny.
Dilution is trading shares for cash and SPRV used shares for the acquisition which is NOT dilution. Since there were not enough shares left in the A/S because he went over the 5billion AS in the acquisition, he had to increase the AS to 20 Billion to facilitate the deal. It's in the stinking quarterlies exactly what he did and it still is no big deal as he decided to increase the A/S instead of doing a R/S as he stated in the quarterlies he would do and did it. Now we have nearly 15 Billion shares or 3/4 of the A/S available for future acquisitions just like he planned. With only a quarter of the A/S used up, any bright idea of a R/S now are laughable as there is NO reason to do it with 75% of the A/S unused.
There is no stinking secret here as he did exactly what he said he would and it's no mystery to anybody I know who actually read what was already printed.
