That is right... HTOO filed a form 15 with the SEC and went dark, non-SEC reporting. I was referring to the OTC disclosure "quarterly report" (unaudited pretend filings) that was due Monday... Still no sign of it...

Chris Tesarski is a total screw-up... He screws up screw-ups...
