#25085 RE: Kahunasand #25078

Wednesday morning I did one final check to see if the product had been added to their website.

There's still nothing there, and I think we have to weigh the facts versus what we all wanted to see happen. We know for a fact that EVERYTHING relating to CBDs, including the Nulief brand along with it's launch video has been pulled from their site months ago and that the company has gone completely silent about these products, both in PRs as well as their filings with the SEC. Oddly, months ago I came across online photos of CBD products under the OMEssentials brand with what appeared to have the same ingredients as Nulief. At the time it seemed very odd, but I think things are starting to make a lot of sense, minus of course the lack of transparency from the company's worthless management team.

So I think most can agree that they likely did run into some problems with the Nulief brand, whether it was legal issues, distribution problems, or just a desire to push and promote other products. We also never knew of the specifics of the so called partnership between Inergetics and Terra Tech, and that never sat well with me as an investor.

In the end, I think the OMEssentials brand was used to dump whatever limited inventory they had of the Nulief test products, or whatever was intended to sell after testing. OMEssentials might have even been their intended retail brand for it, with Nulief as the test product line. Who knows?? I do not believe, however, that they intend to build inventory or that Nulief isn't as dead as a moose that's been hit head on after crossing the highway, and that this would explain the silence from the company, as well as the fact that the OMEssentials website is void of anything relating to CBD products being added to their lineup. So those are my final thoughts; that whatever limited inventory they had is simply being dumped with a small online retailer or two; hence there's no need to even advertise it through their main websites.

Notice too, how the company all of a sudden has all of these new vitamin/whey based products coming out. It wouldn't completely shock me if they simply abandoned CBDs for products that they think they have a better feel for and might sell.

I don't think they are pushing Nulief but it does look like Omessentials has a very similar product. I bet it is the same product just a different package. But you cannot find this on the Omessentials webpage. My guess is they ran into legal problems and decided to push the product out another channel, un-promoted.
