Now you're confusing good company with good stock. ONVO may be a good company but that does not translate to good stock. Unfortunately many make this mistake.
Also, just because a stock may provide big returns to investors 10 years down the road does not make it a good stock currently.
One day this may be a good stock again. But today it is certainly not. I doubt many can argue that. And therein lies the original topic: yes, we can objectively determine good stocks from bad stocks regardless of price points.
Certainly before one buys a stock they need to determine if it's a good stock to buy. Therefore that MUST mean we can analyze a stock regardless of entry points. And therefore, no, it is not "all relative".
