Since the 10Q was filed on 11/17, why is the outstanding O/S listed as of 9/1/15 on the first page of the filing.

This number is always the O/S as of the filing date, this is a major error and possible done to hide the fact that the O/S if much higher than the post split 5M as of 11/17.
