LOL ... I agree with you there. Saying they do not have juristiction in New Jersey... Good Grief ....

I'm deep in Mexico and watch the front gate to the beach house 24 / 7 fearing the FBI and SEC will come knocking on my door.

And BTW an indictment is proof only that the grand jury or other authority ordered the defendants to stand trial. It is not proof of proving they have done wrong. That is up to a jury to do.

If you think I'm happy what these ass clowns did think again. Not only did they fail. The shareholders, they actually name me in the defense claim as a co conspirator of yours! And that's not true. The truth is I am not and have no idea who you are.
I am merely a shareholder whose money has been absconded from my possession .
Truthfully I hope the former management gets toasted , reamed, and monies purged.
I am open to the new management doing something less terrible. Praise Jesus
