With all due respect, why would any shareholder with money tied up here want to file a complaint? And thus take a chance of getting absolutely zero of their money back? Where's the logic here?

I'm down (on paper) over $50K. Many are in similar situations. I'd prefer not to completely burn down the building that's holding my money. This is pennyland. There's still enough air in the ball for a future bounce (even if only a small one). It may take many months for that bounce, but it will likely happen. Again, pennyland.

If the doors close, all shareholders lose. Everything. We would never recoup a cent. If they remain open, anything can happen. Once again, pennyland.

As far as dissuading future investors as a reason to file complaints? No one in their right mind should ever consider "investing" in a subbie sitting at or near 0001. The only people this may attract at these levels are flippers. No one will invest here until legitimate, concrete, rev-generating ideas come to fruition. Will they? TWT.
