There's not enough liquidity for a 'quick run'....imo.....Too many shares are locked up for a while, until the cusip change. This is creeping up slowly, on low volume up to the share release, and cusip # change. The shorts can't buy back their shares, because there's obviously not enough sellers, since so many shares are temporarily halted....This could literally explode after the new shares are released, and the shorts finally have sellers to buy shares back from.....imo.....Only time will tell though....
