Sad state of affairs, for sure. Putting together a BOD heavy on ex-military was a marketing ploy, designed to pull in investors who themselves were ex-military. I hope those that fell for it are filing complaints. I see that many lost $10K, $15K, or more.....that is a big blow to most folks.
