The FBI and SEC will sort it out. I truly believe most of the BOD were completely naïve and unaware of what a mess they had lent their names to. As for Bredow, and maybe a couple others - well, hard to believe they were unaware too. But, again, the investigators will sort it out. Three years from now, we might have a court case to follow along with. Hopefully, a suspension will be in the immediate future of this company.
In the meantime, good job to you, Malc, Integral, pepoil, and others that saw this for what it really was. Another POS pinksheet scam. And shame on the ones that relentlessly supported Kerry Thacker and PV right to the end. I hope the SEC and FBI rope in every supporting cast member.
