Lol. To b honest I haven't really looked at any k or qs but I did see the SC 13! The form 13 is signed by Curt Kramer! The SEC bad actor! The man, the myth, the legend.

They don't do business under the Asher name, now it's Vis Vires or KBM. Same people different entity. Just like how Curt's company was called Mazuma before Asher...

At least we know a r/s isn't coming since FINRA refuses to approve reverses for any company Curt is involved in!
