we have 41m shares in the float. I dont care if all 41m shares want to be sold twice. If the news is good and it flows we will turn over that float a few times over. heck I want to sell 1m too. put that on the list of sellers. But i wont be selling anywhere near this current share price
fact is the flaot is in good shape and you have no idea why the os moved up recently. It could have most everything to do with Pasta.

If a dispute arises about whether a restricted legend can be removed, the SEC will not intervene. The removal of a legend is a matter solely in the discretion of the issuer of the securities. State law, not federal law, covers disputes about the removal of legends. Thus, the SEC will not take action in any decision or dispute about removing a restrictive legend.
