Read the history on the company and all the lawsuits they are currently involved in. What they do is keep refilling after the Judge tosses it out. Hoping the other side runs out of funds or caves in. Not happening here. Also no way they can justify the damages. Lawsuit is a JOKE.
Pacer is a Pay website so link won't work. Someone last time was able to find the documents on another website. Maybe someone else can find the documents there.
It's basically the same documents re-filled as requested by judge. One new document telling judge that TBEV did not file an Answer.
