I think it makes sense too and the market seems to like it, though Citigroup also started Halo as a Buy with a $25 PT this morning.

Well, they had no trouble recruiting Helen down to SD. In today's world of extreme connectivity, I have trouble believing that the one or two more scientists they might need would refuse a generous offer to come down to the hell hole that is San Diego for a few days a week and telecommute the remaining days? In my cynical view, this needless expense is merely for Helen's benefit. I'm perfectly willing to admit that I might be wrong but only time will tell, I guess.
