Follow the bull the word is DIRV means Dilution as in Diluted POS. CEO lends money to the company at 10% interest then takes the interest in conversions at .0001. ie loan $100k to yourself pay yourself $10k per year in interest oops no money cause you spent the $100K on toys so better print some shares for the $10k interest = 100mil shares which you attempt to dump on shareholders(bagholders) at .0030, 30X above the conversion rate .0001. Not a bad rate of return just like printing money. That is the DIRV scam in a nutshell.
