Again from that interview, Rushnet will not own the brewery. Bob, Lynch, & Fred (the brewmaster) will own the brewery. Rushnet will be the marketing agent for the products they produce. So anything they produce us Rush shareholders get a portion of. Only thing rushnet owns 100% of is e-water.

From my understanding in the interview on MN1, Gray's Brewery was a private deal between Lynch and Corr, so you are right in that Rushnet Inc does not own the Brewery. However, I thought I heard Corr say that all revenues from the Brewery goes to Rushnet Inc., therefore benefiting the stockholders. I may be wrong, and I need to listen to the interview again, but I was assuming that any products that the brewery produced would fall under the control of Rushnet.

Hey everyone...

Currently on vacation visiting family in Wisconsin. Picked up two six packs of Grays Brewery beer today. Not bad at all!
