Most everything NBRI ever said was a lie, all the way back to their bogus "NI 43-101" report. The only thing factual about the company was their toxic death spiral convertible debt. There was no excuse for anyone to not know that was going to kill the stock and ultimately make it worthless. No excuse whatsoever.
