the fact that they sold flexi and thst for 'liquidity' is interesting.... I think it could be more of a clean-up of things that they don't want in the new entity (assuming I'm not crazy and completely wrong that someday a new entity will merge into here)
on a non-biased level slnm holdings should be dumped for liquidity but seeing the 'relation' to slnm here I understand why they are not liquidated...etc
