Clearly you must be aware those are MM's trading. No retail investor in their right mind would make a trade for $4, knowing commission will be at least $10. This is a signal that PPS is holding and will in time be heading north. We would already be in sub penny if Zale, or management wanted to dilute, or convert their restricted shares.
