Fwiw and only imho, right now doesn't seem to be a good time to release a new pick. Smallcap bios look very weak and the price action is either selling off or looking very noncommittal (e.g., today both the IBB and XBI are in green, but most smallcap bios are in the red as i see it).

Perhaps better to wait for a more supportive time?
