CWIR: THAT IS JUST WRONG! There has been over a 500% dilution rate in raising the common shares from 2 BILLION TO 5 BILLION (and also another 5 billion INCREASE IN PREFERRED). And those are 'managements' figures from a 'filing'...who really knows?

And that is what is 'visible'...what else has there been? Who knows...but check out that management list. They are NOT here for nothing.

CWIR: 8 BILLION SHARES...5 BILLION COMMON SHARES & 3 BILLION PREFERRED SHARES. That is the battle that 'longs' are facing & FEW IF ANY 'pinky' stocks can rise above that. WHY WAS CWIR DILUTED UP FROM 2 TO 8 BILLION SHARES??????

That is why Hudson/Grande have already declared R/S is on the way for 'affiliates' and it would seem that CWIR will also recieve a R/S after the DILUTION takes place with those extra BILLIONS OF SHARES.

WHO SURVIVES? WHO KNOWS? BUY WHY NO ACTION in any of the affiliates (just like CWIR)...STRANGE!

EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE ON HOLD FOR CWIR & ALL AFFILIATES. WHY? FINRA? SEC? CASH?

DELAY AFTER DELAY...WHOSE FAULT????????
