I don't want to even guess what motivates each and very board member. All I know is that I have never seen a quote directly from Guilbert. His opinion would be valuable, instead of Briscoe saying he has "conferred with" Guilbert. I asked once before if he (Guilbert) ever attends or says anything during investor tours or annual meetings. Never got an answer from those "in the know", so I assume that Guilbert is absent. Probably the smart thing for him to do is to lay low......otherwise, he might find himself having to defend stuff that he knows is hype.....
