I've seen that tactic used before ( go to NuState Energy Board) in several stocks.....He knows you are reporting to the board.....so in essence he is actually and or possibly using you to keep the fear subsided....Keep in mind I hope I'm wrong on this but most CEO's in Pinky Land would lie to their own mother....And so far this guy has a track record that indicates he can not be trusted.......so until he shows me something of substance regarding this RS and 5 million dollar loan I can not and will not give him the benefit of the doubt as you have....Sorry..just being real....
