I agree they are never on time, hopeful the end of trial enrollment is an exception. As far as Dart being the only one willing to give us 20 million,I'm sure we could have found a slew of Alter Boys on Wall Street who would have done the same with all good intentions of helping us out.......Better to deal with the devil you know.
